The Pioneers, also known as Pioneers, is a sculpture in Elmwood, Illinois. Elmwood is the birthplace of the sculptor Lorado Taft and is host to some of his works. The most notable is the statue called "The Pioneers," which is situated in the town's central park.
The sculpture was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.[1]
